The phrase "aware of none" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to express a lack of knowledge or awareness about anything in a particular context.
Example: "Despite the numerous reports, she remained aware of none of the issues affecting the project."
Alternatives: "unaware of anything" or "not aware of any".
