The phrase "averaged over generations" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts discussing statistical data or trends that are calculated by taking the mean across multiple generations.
Example: "The climate data, averaged over generations, shows a significant increase in temperature."
Alternatives: "calculated across generations" or "mean value over generations".
