For every GLM estimate, we calculated the number of significantly active voxels (auditory > baseline, P < 0.05, Bonferroni corrected) and the average t value across these significantly activated voxels.
Furthermore, a preliminary task-based visual fMRI experiment equally suggests a consistent BOLD sensitivity increase in terms of statistical sensitivity (average t-value increase of about 35%).
Second, a t-test is used to test whether the average t-value of all voxels in the VOI (i.e. the tract to be tested for activation) is significantly greater than-or smaller than zero.
Figure 2 shows the average t-values (thresholded at t ≥ 2.00, P < 0.05 uncorrected).
Functional connectivity analyses were implemented on the subjects' Vigilance Task scanning run, with seed voxels determined by the highest average t-values across the statistical contrasts used in the group conjunction analyses.
Note that for the dyslexic group, the average T-value was 51.4 (ranging from 48 to 54) in the non-verbal intelligence test SPM and 36.9 (ranging from 35 to 38) in the spelling test (T-values were derived from comparisons with age-matched norm-samples).
The linear graphs obtained (correlation coefficients>0.99) were used to calculate the corresponding E. The mean normalized expression was given by calculating the average c(t) values of the target and reference triplicates.
In fact in the case of ripened kiwifruit measured in homogeneous fields, literature data report average T 2eff values of 800 1000 ms for the longest component, 200 400 ms for the intermediate component, and 20 80 ms for the shortest one.

We found that the largest average T score values of gray matter decrease were found in temporal and occipital lobes in the group of people with AN.
For IOMNPs synthesized in 60 ml of PEG200, the average M(T) values monotonously increase from 25 emu/g to 28 emu/for, 40 and 43 emu/g for 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-h reaction time, respectively.
