For validation of the test set, the parameters (Ai) were calculated using all 53 samples in the training set, and the threshold was set at 2.2, the average of the thresholds of the 53 LOOCV processes.For the 32 test set samples, we performed qBGS with a next-generation sequencer, MiSeq, to examine the potential future applications of this approach.
