Burst rates and burst intensity were averaged over one minute time intervals, defined as the number of bursts per second and the average number of action potentials within a burst, respectively.
The average number of action potentials (APs) evoked by stimulation of between 600 and 900 pA in the HSV-G9a-injected group was greater than that in the HSV-GFP-injected group in large neurons, whereas the stimulation of ≥400 pA in the HSV-G9a-injected group was greater than that in the HSV-GFP-injected group in medium and small neurons (Fig. 7F).
