Average movement time was 930.1 ± 330.5 ms (mean ± SD).
The equation transformed to fit the present study is F x) = A1 x B, where F x) = average movement time of the first x trials, A1 is the average movement time of the first trial, and B is the learning curve coefficient reflecting the movement time decrease from trial to trial.
By 10% of the movement duration, roughly 37 ms into the movement (given the average movement time of 369 ms), the only error category that is above chance is the one-step errors, and the proportion of errors in this category has begun declining by 20% of the movement duration.
In addition to the score, this summary included the average total movement time, in hundredths of a second, the count of the number of errors that is, trials on which the movement missed the target and the count of the number of anticipation errors.
The score was calculated as the sum of the average total movement time (in hundredths of a second; typically about 40 in the keypress task and 55 in the pointing task), three points for each missed target, and five points for each anticipation error.
In the research area of mental practice, Courtine et al (2004) also demonstrated that, regardless whether the imagined movement (covert motor practice) and actual movement trials were blocked or interleaved, average imagined movement times did not differ [5].

For both typically-developed youth and participants with CP, a good model of index of difficulty must include the following predictors: rapidity – movement time, average speed, zero acceleration crossings and accuracy, trajectory distance, linearity index, and indices of vertical and horizontal components.
