The average distribution of time intervals between events was increased in TrkB.T1-broad mice (474 ± 57 ms, n = 6 cells from 5 mice) compared with the controls (315 ± 30 ms, n = 18 cells from 11 mice, P = 0.02) (Fig. 5 B, cumulative distributions of the mIPSC interevent intervals are shown in Fig. 5 D).
The average distribution at each time point is analyzed using the HMM, and the transition points are estimated.
