The phrase "available to sample" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to something that can be tested or tried out, such as food, products, or experiences.
Example: "The new ice cream flavor is available to sample at the store this weekend."
Alternatives: "offered for tasting" or "ready for sampling".
