TRUST website accounts are available to the TRUST community, which includes partners at UC Berkeley and affiliated universities, the personnel of partner companies, and individuals collaborating with specific workgroups.
The video, shown in housing and council offices and available on the trust's website, Youtube and Facebook, has prompted inquiries from more than 70 other housing providers wanting to adapt it for their own use.
According to the firm, longer-term plans as part of the second phase will include the extension of a medical asset tracking application over the wireless network, and the possibility of making unified communications available across the trust and potentially to patients in their homes.
"As you are aware, Portsmouth City Council has resolved to make a loan available to the Trust to assist their bid to take over the club, and the City Council is working hard to enable this to occur.
She said a shortage of money available to the trust meant it had to target the most at-risk groups, adding: "What's happened over the last decade or so, there has been very little awareness of HIV and sexual health among the general population".
A spokeswoman said: "In modern day society there is no excuse or need for the use of devices which can compromise cat and dog welfare, especially when humane and viable alternatives to training and containing dogs and cats are available". The Dogs Trust said that electric collars could send shocks of 100 to 6,000 volts for up to 11 seconds at a time.
"As a result, there is no available funding and the trust has been unable to meet July salary payments.
Split it anyway, so at least some liquid assets will be readily available to fund the trust.
But if that account is owned by both spouses jointly with right of survivorship, then at the husband's death his half goes directly to his wife, not to his estate, and so isn't available to fund the trust.
But as of 2011, the last year for which public documents are available, the Spitzer family trust invested in at least four funds that are incorporated offshore.
