This isotope of copper, owning to interesting decay properties, is potentially useful for radioimmunotherapy, but due to limited availability, researches that actually use this isotope are few, compared to other Cu isotopes [ 30, 31].
The most frequently reported barriers were the lack of availability to research, lack of relevant research, having no time or opportunity to use research evidence, policymakers' and other users not being skilled in research methods, and costs (see Table 1).

This so-called "reasonable availability" in research emerged during the debate on the standard of care to be accorded to research participants in developing countries [ 27].
The proliferation in the availability of research findings in online, open and public access journals and repositories is also changing the nature of access to research; potentially impacting upon the usage and subsequent citation of research.
