Bedside hand antiseptics (alcohol-based handrub solution), easier access to sinks and availability of washing equipment, decrease in workload, communication and education tools (posters) and feedback improve compliance and decrease the cross-transmission of nosocomial infection [ 90, 96].
Additional factors may be crucial for evaluating exposure in farmworkers, such as availability of washing and drinking water, interval between application of pesticides to a field and re-entry of workers, and housing conditions (Arcury and Quandt 1998; Gomes et al. 1999; Hernandez-Valero et al. 2001; Tielemans et al. 1999).
Services can be improved through providing play space in inpatient treatment facilities, increasing availability of WASH, and more dedication of staff time to counselling.
Concerning environmental and hygiene related characters, no statistical difference was observed between model and non model HHs, such as; distance to latrine (P-value 0.70), availability of hand washing facility around the latrine P-value 0.20), drinking water handlatrine P-value(P-value 0.20), andrinkingashing practice before feeding a child(P-value 0.29).
This is illustrated through one example in Figure 1, showing availability of hand washing facilities on cattle farms.
Furthermore, clear demarcation of entry and exit area and the availability of hand washing facilities, significantly reduced the odds of a farm becoming CDV infected.

Commissioners will rightly expect pharmacies delivering HHCs to meet NHS standards for criteria such as privacy of consulting space, availability of hand washing facilities, secure Internet connections for patient data transfer and appropriate application of health and safety procedures, e.g. for disposal of sharps and handling of blood.
In the Bivariate analysis knowledge of HHC, taking training on HH, the hospital promoting the importance of HH compliance, the availability of hand washing sink, soup and water, individual towel/tissue paper for drying, the availability of ABHR for HH compliance, knew the presence of IP committees are significantly associated with Hand hygiene compliance (Table 3).
