The phrase "autonomous concept" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe an idea or notion that operates independently or is self-governing in nature.
Example: "The autonomous concept of personal freedom is central to many philosophical discussions about individual rights."
Alternatives: "independent idea" or "self-sufficient notion".
