The phrase "auto correcting" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a feature in software or devices that automatically corrects errors in text input.
Example: "The auto correcting feature on my phone helps me type faster by fixing my spelling mistakes."
Alternatives: "automatic correction" or "self-correcting".
