The authors of the "project for effective government" are an impressive, all-inclusive bunch, led from the Commons by Labour MP John Healey and Tory MP Nick Herbert, aided by the likes of Hodge, Lord Michael Bichard and Martha Lane-Fox, with support across the spectrum.

Anna Arce, the author of the project who has represented Spain and Andorra on the sheet, describes the photographs as tasteful.
"Slices of our behavior are preserved in these electronic data sets," said Albert-László Barabási, an author of the project and the director of the Center for Complex Network Research at Northeastern University in Boston.
