The full sentence would read: "These spending authorizations will continue in full force and effect until changed by future enactment(s), and the debt ceiling is raised to accommodate the authorized spending, plus interest, as it occurs".
"We are evaluating the Letter of Authorization issued today and will continue to pursue the 2015 program that was conditionally approved by the Bureau of Ocean and Energy Management in May," said Shell spokesman Curtis Smith in an email to The Huffington Post.
"And we will continue to demonstrate with or without official authorization".
In contrast to CMA's recommendation, Health Canada's official position is that after legalization under the 2018 Cannabis Regulations, the medical cannabis program will continue to provide access to individuals who have authorizations from healthcare practitioners.
This will continue to be the case under any new domestic authorizations.
"And we will continue to credit approve and process those applications, up to the point of needing an S.B.A. authorization.
The newspaper did not go as far as The Associated Press, and it will continue to allow the phrase to be used for "someone who enters, lives in or works in the United States without proper legal authorization".
