The phrase "authentic reality" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the concept of a genuine or true state of existence or experience, often in contrast to artificial or constructed realities.
Example: "In a world filled with virtual experiences, many people yearn for an authentic reality that connects them to their true selves."
