The phrase "authentic birth certificate" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when referring to a legally recognized document that verifies an individual's birth details and is issued by an official authority.
Example: "To enroll in school, you must provide an authentic birth certificate as proof of your age."
Alternatives: "genuine birth certificate" or "official birth certificate".
