The phrase "auditory capacity" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the ability to hear or process sounds, often in contexts related to psychology, audiology, or education.
Example: "The study aimed to assess the auditory capacity of children with hearing impairments to determine the effectiveness of different teaching methods."
Alternatives: "hearing ability" or "listening skills".
