The phrase "attrition rate reported" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing statistics or data related to the rate at which individuals leave a group or organization over a specific period.
Example: "The attrition rate reported for the last quarter indicates a significant increase in employee turnover."
Alternatives: "documented attrition rate" or "reported turnover rate".
