We attributed standard values to respondents' reports (e.g., monthly = 12; weekly = 52) (4 ) to give standardized household purchases of live poultry.
TLP format stores nodes and edges of the graph, and associates each node and edge to a list of named attributes: standard ones, such as shape, size, color; and user-defined ones, such as, in our case, element type (compartment, reaction or metabolite), ChEBI identifier, group number, gene association, etc.

Based on the number of attributes and standards, there are theoretically 72 possible wine profiles; however, we adopt an orthogonal planning method to reduce the number of profiles to 24.
