The phrase "attitudes did not differ" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when discussing research findings or observations that indicate no significant variation in attitudes among different groups or conditions.
Example: "In the study, it was found that attitudes did not differ between the two demographic groups surveyed."
Alternatives: "attitudes were similar" or "attitudes showed no variation."
In other words, attitudes did not differ significantly between middle school and high school students.
