History of anxiety disorder (HR = 3.8, p = 0.002) and prior year rapid cycling (HR = 2.6, p = 0.052) drove and history of psychosis (HR = 0.38, p = 0.023) attenuated hastened depressive recurrence in patients with vs. without current irritability.
