The phrase "attentively ask" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when you want to convey that someone is asking a question with careful consideration and focus.
Example: "During the meeting, she attentively asked about the project's progress to ensure everyone was on the same page."
Alternatives: "thoughtfully inquire" or "carefully question".
