The phrase "attempt fail" is not a grammatically correct part of a sentence on its own.
It is missing a subject, verb, or preposition to make it a complete phrase. You can use "attempt" and "fail" in a sentence separately, such as "Her attempt at baking a cake failed." or "The team's failure to communicate resulted in a loss." However, they cannot be used together without other words to connect them. Example: Joe's attempt to fix the pipe failed, leaving him soaked in water.
