In response to research I did – which showed that judgment outcomes were quite strongly correlated with pupils' prior attainment, something over which a school has no control – the head of the data unit at Ofsted admitted it is actually more difficult for schools with lower prior attainment intakes to get higher grades.
Although studies have also found that patients with lower educational levels are in general more satisfied [ 28, 38, 46, 48], such association is not always clear-cut, with a number of studies reporting inverse associations (i.e. higher reported satisfaction amongst individuals with lower education attainment), something that might be related to expectations [ 29].
If a mayor were committed to that, any mayor, I would consider it to be an attainment of something that I have tried to fight for, for many years.

It is considered that motivation, for a range of species, can originate both cognitively (within cortical regions of the brain) and emotionally (from sub-cortical regions) involving focus on specific goals associated with either the attainment of something the animal considers to be desirable (e.g. food) or, the avoidance of that which is aversive (e.g. pressure, pain) [ 54, 55].
Professional attainment still meant something.
I still sought attainment, accomplishment of something that others would recognize.
It bears noting that some years after graduating, I started to read about the Group Theatre, the seminal theater company which saw its own function in society as being something more than the attainment of success, fame and wealth.
Top priority is closing the attainment gap, which has worsened in recent years, and something Labour and the Tories have been highlighting relentlessly as proof the SNP hasn't lived up to its own hype.
We advocate some refinements to the existing PA network to maximise Galliformes coverage and suggest that our method could be used to model the optimal PA network for a wide range of species and/or regions, something which will support the assessment and attainment of CBD targets.
