The phrase "attaining group" is not correct and does not convey a clear meaning in written English.
It may be intended to refer to a group that is achieving or reaching a goal, but the phrasing is awkward and unclear.
Example: "The attaining group of students worked hard to achieve their academic goals."
Alternatives: "achieving group" or "goal-oriented group".
