The phrase "at the subsequent sampling" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a later point in time during a series of sample collections or measurements.
Example: "The results showed a significant increase in the variable at the subsequent sampling compared to the initial measurements."
Alternatives: "during the next sampling" or "at the following sampling".
