The phrase "at the same question" is not correct and does not convey a clear meaning in written English.
It may be intended to refer to discussing or addressing a question that has already been posed, but the phrasing is awkward.
Example: "We need to revisit the same question that was raised in the previous meeting."
Alternatives: "regarding the same question" or "concerning the same question".
