The phrase "at the point of processing" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to refer to a specific moment or stage during a process where certain actions or evaluations take place.
Example: "The data will be analyzed at the point of processing to ensure accuracy and relevance."
Alternatives: "during the processing stage" or "at the time of processing".
