The phrase "at the loading point" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to refer to a specific location where loading activities occur, such as in logistics, shipping, or transportation contexts.
Example: "The truck will arrive at the loading point by 10 AM to pick up the shipment."
Alternatives: "at the loading dock" or "at the loading area".
Failures observed were only at the base, rather than in the localized matrix failure that occurs at the loading point of shorter beams.
