The phrase "at the last case" is not correct in standard written English.
It may be intended to refer to a final instance or example, but the phrasing is awkward and unclear.
Example: "In the last case, we found that the evidence was insufficient to proceed."
Alternatives: "in the final instance" or "in the last scenario."
