The phrase "at least two order" is not correct in English.
It should be "at least two orders." You can use it when specifying a minimum quantity of items or requests that need to be made or fulfilled.
Example: "To qualify for the discount, you must place at least two orders."
Alternatives: "a minimum of two orders" or "no fewer than two orders."
