The phrase "at composition" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to writing, music, or any form of creative production where the act of composing is involved.
Example: "The students were encouraged to express their thoughts freely at composition, allowing their creativity to flourish."
Alternatives: "during composition" or "in the process of composition".
