The phrase "at certain marks" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to refer to specific points or indicators in a process, measurement, or timeline.
Example: "The project will be evaluated at certain marks to ensure we are on track with our goals."
Alternatives: "at specific points" or "at particular stages".
