The phrase "asynchronous tool" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to refer to a tool or software that operates without requiring simultaneous interaction or real-time communication.
Example: "The asynchronous tool we implemented allows team members to collaborate on projects at their own pace, without the need for constant meetings."
Alternatives: "non-synchronous tool" or "delayed interaction tool".
Social interactions to supplement learning and asynchronous tools to facilitate exchange of quality ideas have gained much attention in information systems education.
