The phrase "assistance of the study" is not correct in standard written English.
It is typically used to refer to help or support related to a specific study or research project, but the phrasing is awkward.
Example: "The researchers sought the assistance of the study to gather more data on the subject."
Alternatives: "support for the study" or "help with the study".
