The phrase "assistance cooperation" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in contexts discussing collaborative efforts to provide help or support, but it is better to use more established phrases.
Example: "The two organizations engaged in assistance cooperation to aid the local community during the crisis."
Alternatives: "collaborative assistance" or "supportive cooperation".
