Third, we inferred the nature of hybrid tree frogs in parapatric areas from our microsatellite dataset with NewHybrids [ 46], which computes individual Bayesian posterior probabilities of assignment to parental, F1, F2 or backcrosses genotypic classes.
The automated algorithm also annotates each pseudopod as de novo versus splitting (with assignment of the parental pseudopod from which it was split).
