After correction for multiple testing, Ingenuity did not assign statistically significant canonical pathways specific for the NPE compared to the CPE.
For this purpose, we used the Jactive modules plug in for Cytoscape, which assigns statistically-determined scores to subnetworks and identify those ones with high scores [ 25].
