It provides guidelines on security controls, user access, identity management, risk assessment, auditing, and monitoring.
Although we edited and analyzed all data extensively and used a quality assessment audit, differing measurement error structures across the three sets of data remains a possible source of heterogeneity.
Concern for the standard(s) of practice has been translated into concern for not just the assessment, audit and evaluation of those standards, but a particular form or approach to 'quality assurance'.

This is a crucial matter, since they could be potentially integrated in assessments, audits, rankings.
The ABCD Project featured annual cycles of system assessment and audits of clinical records to assess the quality of care, feedback workshops, goal setting and action planning, and implementation of system changes (see Figure 1).
The data presented here are baseline service activity only; more data will be available for subsequent years of the quality improvement intervention, which includes annual cycles of organisational assessment, clinical audits, feedback to and interpretation of data with participating health centre staff, action planning, goal setting and implementing of strategies for change [ 18].
Although this method is an increasingly common and potentially powerful approach to measuring quality of care, good record keeping is key to the validity of any assessment as audits assume that what is recorded was actually performed and what was not recorded was not performed [ 11].
