The phrase "assessed by self" is not standard in written English and may sound awkward.
It could be used in contexts where someone is referring to their own evaluation or judgment, but it is better to use more conventional phrasing.
Example: "The project was assessed by self, leading to a more personal understanding of its strengths and weaknesses."
Alternatives: "self-assessed" or "evaluated by oneself".
