The phrase "assertive interactions" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe communication or exchanges that are confident and direct, often in a context of expressing one's thoughts or needs clearly.
Example: "In team meetings, we encourage assertive interactions to ensure everyone's voice is heard and valued."
Alternatives: "confident exchanges" or "direct communications".
