The genome coverage (eight times) of chickpea genome (46,112 clones) assembled into chickpea physical map assembly (Table 2) was sufficient.
The N50 value of the assembled data was comparable to other plant transcriptome assemblies indicating a high quality assembly (Table 2).
After filtering, 70,453,120 high quality reads were obtained and used for de novo assembly (Table 1).
Between 21.0 61.5 million reads mapped reads were mapped to the chicken reference galGal4 genome assembly (Table 2).
A special assembly table allows to maintain the mechanical tolerances of each unit well below ±1 mm in all dimensions.
The Ae. tauschii genome sequence contains 42,828 PCGs, 98% of which were anchored to chromosomes in our assembly (Table 1); this is more than the 39,425 PCGs reported for Chinese Spring14.
Outbound primers were designed from the coding regions of each mt minichromosome to verify the size and the circular organization of the minichromosomes revealed above by sequence assembly (Table S1).

Only 0.2% of ESTs that passed quality in the JGI assembly (Table 2) did not pass quality in the EST2uni assembly (Table 4).
