But for the genome size and genome coverage, SWA achieved the best results with assembled size 8,7936 kb and genome coverage 99.6%.
The assembled size was 420 Mbp, with an average sequencing coverage of 20X, comparable to that reported for Vitis vinifera (487 Mbp, http://plantgdb.org).
Using the dimensions of the chest shown, the bottom will be 14 1/2 inches (36.8 cm) by 7 inches (17.8 cm), but checking the actual assembled size will provide a better fit.
