The phrase "assembling concept" is not commonly used in written English and may be unclear without context.
It could be used in discussions about the process of creating or developing an idea or theory.
Example: "The team is focused on the assembling concept of a new marketing strategy that integrates digital and traditional methods."
Alternatives: "developing idea" or "constructing notion".
