The phrase "assembled simply" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe something that has been put together in an uncomplicated or straightforward manner.
Example: "The furniture was assembled simply, requiring only a few screws and no special tools."
Alternatives: "put together easily" or "constructed straightforwardly".
