The phrase "assembled image" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe an image that has been put together from various components or elements, often in a creative or technical context.
Example: "The artist presented an assembled image that combined photographs, drawings, and digital elements to create a unique visual experience."
Alternatives: "composed image" or "constructed image".
