Genomic DNA of a single male C. milii was sequenced and assembled (Supplementary Note I) to a size of 0.937 gigabases, comprising 21,208 scaffolds (N50 contig, 46.6 kilobases; N50 scaffold, 4.5 megabases; Supplementary Table I.1).
