The phrase "assayed at the isoform" is not correct and may not be usable in written English as it lacks clarity and context.
It could be used in a scientific context where one is discussing the evaluation or analysis of a specific isoform of a protein or molecule.

Alternatives: "evaluated at the isoform" or "analyzed at the isoform".
