The phrase "assay sensibility" is not commonly used in written English and may not be easily understood without context.
It could be used in a scientific or analytical context where one is evaluating or testing the sensitivity of a particular method or instrument.
Example: "In our study, we aimed to assay sensibility to determine how well the new drug interacts with the target receptors."
Alternatives: "evaluate sensitivity" or "test responsiveness".
